Insects and Objects

Insects are sometimes strangely attracted to unnatural things that mirror shapes in nature. In my studio I stage these events like science projects. The contrast of the delicate life forms and hardware sets up a balancing act between us and nature. 

Pollination

These bronzes originated in my garden. My garden used to be a playground. It is just outside my studio which used to be a one-room school. It is through the process of growing, studying, modeling and casting that I present the fruits of my labors.
